Charity Donation to Kathryn Heaney's fundraising on behalf of The Miscarriage Association
We are delighted to present a cheque for £260.20 to Kathryn Heaney as part of her London Marathon fundraising on behalf of The Miscarriage Association.
As most of you know Tony Beales is a member of Wymondham Athletics Club and up until May this year was the club’s Chairman until he stood down following completion of his 3-year term.
Earlier this year in April, the club lost one of its most colourful and vibrant members Hannah Purvis. Hannah lost her life tragically, it was a shock to the whole club, so unexpected and left everyone, particularly those that knew her well, absolutely devastated.
Kathryn is also a member of Wymondham AC and has entered to run this year’s London Marathon (26.2 miles) in October to raise money and awareness to help others who have been affected by miscarriage.
As someone who knew Hannah well, Tony is supporting Kathryn's charity and fundraising by donating £260.20 in memory of Hannah and all those who have been affected themselves by miscarriage.
