East of England best region for high rental occupancy
Data from a new landlord survey has revealed that periods of un-occupancy within rental properties are practically non-existent within several parts of the UK, as demand for rental accommodation picks up.
Intus Lettings polled 500 landlords from across the country in a bid to understand the changing demands of the buy-to-let market and found that landlords in the East of England experience just 10 weeks of void periods over 12 months, with a quarter revealing their properties are empty for less than a month over the course of a year.
