Landlords predict tenant demand for rural properties to increase as pandemic continues

Newly released data from The Mortgage Lender has revealed that one in five landlords believe demand for more space due to lockdown and working from home will drive tenants from urban areas to the country. Please click or tap the picture to find out more

According to research from OnePoll in July this year, 35% of landlords had changed their view on the type of tenants they would find attractive in the future because of the pandemic.
