Landlords urged to allow tenants to have pets after government bill

The firm responded to a Private Member’s Bill in parliament by Romford MP, Andrew Rosindell, calling for tenants to be allowed to have pets and to restrict the right of landlords or their agents to include ‘no pets’ policies.
The bill is due to have its Second Reading on the 29th January.
