Terraced houses have been the strongest property type for house price growth in the past 20 years, Ocean Finance research shows (Please click or tap the picture to find out more)

Since 2000 terraced prices have jumped by 96% from £189,394 to £321,519.
The second biggest change in value took place to semi-detached houses, with a price increase of 84% to £203,392.
Detached homes and flats/maisonettes saw an increase of 70% and 69% respectively.
