Today we introduce to you another team member from our successful Team Millbanks, today it's our in-house Mortgage Advisor Adam Smith
Adam is our in-house independent mortgage and protection adviser.
His role is to help people find the best mortgages and have in place the correct level of protection for their families.
Adam said: “The mortgage world constantly changes, so it’s always a challenge to stay on top of what’s available and provide clients with the best possible service and guidance.
“I get enormous satisfaction out of playing a part in helping people get the home they desire and also the peace of mind of knowing they have the right insurances in place.”
Talking of ‘playing’, Adam played professionally for Norwich City Football Club and went on to have a successful career in non-league.
He’s since swapped his boots for his running shoes and has raised more than £15,000 doing charity runs for Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.
He also loves spending time with his wife and young family.
Adam’s top tip for homeowners thinking of buying or selling: Speak to a mortgage and protection broker as soon as possible. This will give you time to see how much you can lend, the criteria you need to meet, and the realistic budget you have available.
